You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There is a 33% restocking fee. If you need to return an item, simply shoot us an email at to notify us that you'd like a refund.

Please include your order number so we know who to refund the money to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and you'll receive a notification email. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for a new item, send us an email at and we'll be glad to help you out.

Late or Missing Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 - 3 weeks of shipping back the item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
